I would like to know a Tool which could Decrypt TYPE 5 password....

Cisco Type 5 passwords are hashed with MD5.

The only ways through MD5 passwords are dictionary attacks and brute force attacks.

It looks like you are going to have to recover your PIX access through a Console cable.
