How to Bypass this...

At my high school they block almost every site you can think of besides Google and Yahoo...and other news related sites.

I want to bypass this. I want to know if a proxy would work. I tried removing the proxy that was already there and did not work.

I've even tried logging into those Proxy Surf websites...and they block those sites, category, "public proxy". I mean how dumb. I signed a paper that I would not surf porn sites, why would they not trust me.

All I want to do is log in to a forum on investing, but its category is "gambling", when all does is indexes investing/gambling sites.

Any help on this one?

Thanks

Probably the best thing to do is to set up your own web proxy and not tell anyone about it.

Then, you can browse to your web proxy and then browse from it.
