Wireless arp connection problem

Hi, well, my problem is the following:
My brother disconnected the modem, I didn't know, so I pressed "repair", but of course nothing happened. After that, he connected the modem again, and everuthing went fine - every computer and laptops internet at home worked fine, except for mine. Whenever I open firefox, the window stays completely blank, or just sometimes, the homepage loads in a text version.
I tried repairing the connection again, but it said it couldn't delete the ARP cache.
So i tried by going to Run>cmd>netsh interface ip delete arpcache>Enter
But it didn't work either.
Anyone can help me please?

Is yours a laptop as well? I would try uninstalling your wireless network card (Device manager) and reinstalling it and see if that helps.

BTW, welcome to PC101!!

Hey Namhek,

Welcome to PC101

Do you get the same error with Internet Explorer?

Its a very strange problem i guess. you should ask your brother what else he has done with your computer. Because it may be possible that he has unintentionally deleted one of the file of modem and after knowing the accurate reason you can get it repaired..
