Can anyone recommend a cheap and secure Caller ID spoof service?

The two Caller-ID spoof services I have been recommending for years are (900)PREVENT and (900)STONEWALL.

However, there are a lot of less expensive ways to block Caller-ID than using a Caller-ID spoofing service like these.

Caller ID Spoofing
I have used a couple of the spoofing services out there, the best one I have used was Zer0-Fone, as I could change my voice when I called in addition to changing my caller id. I don't have my receipt any more, but I think I paid $10 for 100 mins.
