| Do you have those little DSL filters on your DSL line? When a phone line is in use, the voltage on the line changes. The filter protects the DSL line from being affected by the voltage change.
Is your filter missing, or could it be faulty?
If not, it's a telco issue.
I am not familiar with the term "high-end open circuit." I mean, an open circuit is an open circuit. It's difficult to imagine different types of open circuits. And, of course, if you really did have an open circuit, your DSL would never work! |
