Free to air

I have a 4dtv unit and a MPEG-2 and DT Tivo. I have tried for a couple of years to get them all to work at the same time. I can get the Direct TV and the 4DTV to work all the time but after hooking the DISEQC SWITCH to it I still get nothing. The people at Skyvision are useless. Please help! I need a diagram on howto hook up. 8)

Are you sure that your 4DTV unit and TiVo both support the DiSEqC protocol?
