White Springs TV is transmitted from Intelsat Americas 7 (T-7), which is at 129 degrees West.

The signal is transmitted at a frequency of 11987 with a symbol rate of 2821.

White SpringsTV is on audio one right, and TalkStar Radio is on audio two right.

That makes the most sense, but it's impossible to be sure without checking with Fortec.

All Fortec tech support is done by e-mail. The e-mail address is [email address].

I'm not coming up with anything else to check. I wonder if the White Springs TV signal moved?

Have you had any response from Fortec yet?

I have a Viewsat but I dont really do the true FTA thing. However, this site has all the sat info you could ever need with respect to satellite specs... http://www.lyngsat.com/

With viewsat, the factory software doesnt always have the latest info on a satellite... thats generally why we download a VS2000Satinfo.SAT file to update them. I have never even seen a fortec so Im not sure if they have something similar or you have to input the sat info manually.

I dont know if I am allowed to post this site or not... but they have a lot of experience with most fta receivers... totalfta.com

Im not sure if that is what you are looking for or not, but I hope it is some help yo you
