Nah... I can't see that happening, for two reasons:
1. Transponders are configured by each satellite operator. The operators don't share this information with each other, so one operator would have to spy on another one (or use Lyngsat
) to copy their transponder configuration.
2. Two satellites that published the same transponder information would conflict which each others transmissions. This could, of course, be avoided if each of the satellites had a completely different footprint.
