Which manufacturer built that motherboard? Do you have a model name/number?

1440ZX describes only the chipset -- that's not quite enough information.

Also, what operating systems do you need the driver to support? Win98? WinSE? Win2000? WinXP?

Unfortunately I don't know model name, because it's my friend's computer. Windows XP recognizes this video like Voodoo3 series but standart drivers doesn't support Glide and OpenGL APIs (My friend wants play Quake3 and have problem with it)
