Angry Problem - Clicksor

Right didn't know where to post this but wanted to share...
I had posted this on another forum I will share it here

I am not going to lie, I didn't read anything that the Clicksor Rep on the forum had to say. I just think it will be something like the email I got.

Hey blood,

I moved it over to Marketing since that's kinda what it's about. I've never heard of Clicksor but it sounds like they never heard of Customer Service. Geez... if someone's unhappy with the product... and they haven't used it... then they should get their money back!

So, did this happen to you? Did you ever get your money back??

Yeah!! I'm glad to hear it worked out!

Good on you Clicksor_CS for coming through and refunding our member his money. Not every business arrangement works out and your willingness to part ways amicably speaks volumes.
