Question ospf routing

hai.... consider that out network is having A,B,C three routers running with ospf routing.router A is elected as designated router(DR),because of it's lower rid(means lower ip address).now we are attaching another one router with network named router D.now assume that router D is having the Lower rid than the router A......what will happen .....whether router D will be the Designated Router or not.....just give me the conclusion......what process will happen here.....thanks in advanz......

If a higher priority OSPF router comes online after the election has taken place, it will not become the Designated Router or the Backup Designated Router until the DR and BDR fail.

But why are you using RID's to determing DR and BDR? You should be using priorities, and only using RID's as a fallback if the priorities accidentally match. And that should never happen on a four router network!
