Every routing vendor supports a number of different QoS algorithms.

Read the What is QoS? FAQ for a decent overview.

For information about specific vendors, you will have to visit each vendors web site. And, unfortunately, many of the smaller vendors do not publish a lot of good technical documentation.

I don't know of one web site that lists all the router manufacturers.

Heck, there are so many that you will never run into -- even without considering the software-only routers.

Why would you want to know the supported QoS options on a router you will never see?

In that case, don't focus on individual manufacturers and models, read up on the different QoS algorithms:
  • Weighted Fair Queueing
  • Class Based Weighted Fair Queueing
  • Heirarchical Weighted Fair Queueing
  • Random Early Detection
  • Weighted Random Early Detection
  • Traffic Shaping
  • Rate Limiting
