I am fixing up a Dell Optiplex GX1 for my brother-in-law.

I want to make it as nice as possible, and as stable as possible.

Is it possible to flash update the BIOS on a Dell Optiplex GX1?

Yes, you can flash update the Optiplex GX1.

The last revision of flash BIOS for the GX1 was a10.

You might want to check to see what revision the system is currently at before you download a10. It may already be at a10.

You can download it from Optiiplex GX1: Dell OptiPlex System BIOS.

You can download BGX1_A10.exe, which will make boot floppies for you, or Gx1_a10.exe, which you can use with your existing boot floppies.
