Exclamation lost or hijacked Bios password for Toshiba

Does anyone know how to "unlock" or retrieve a bios password for a toshiba satellite 1110 laptop. I usually make mine active so that my kids don't mess around with the settings. When i do this i make it a very simple one so as to not forget it. i know it is a no-no to make it simple but it has worked fro me for years on every computer i have ever owned. Well with that, i recently had some very strange going ons with my laptop, and figured out that with 2 complete recoverys, that my bios must have been hijacked. (or that i really did forget my password!) can anyone help ? write back, email etc
