chipset temp?

Hi, what are normal chipset temperatures? Im running a 70mm fan on it (has heatsink). and its about 140 degrees farenheit 57 degrees celsius. Is this normal? Thanks also what about an amd athlon 64 3800 venice cpu? thanks

Gigabyte doesn't seem to list acceptable temperature range for the GA-K8NF9.

Therefore, you're stuck with benchmarking it yourself. Your first benchmark is 57c.

To give you an idea of how cool that is, your motherboard can only be set to warn you if the CPU temperature is 60, 70, 80 or 90 degrees. That's double the temperature that Hot Hardware was seeing under 100% load.
