Gotta big problem here !

I have a big Problem !

It all started about a few months back...
One morning when i pressed the power button of my CPU, it started but only for a fraction of second (I could just see power led glow for a fraction of second)
Then i kept on pressing the power button and finally after about 20 tries PC was on

I didn't bother much about this. But the same happened next morning.
This thing never happened in the day time, when i switched on my PC.( Only in morning or when ever i switched on my PC after a long time ( around 12 hours) )

And finally one cruel morning it wont start at all !!

Then I took my PC to my PC engg. ( A big noob ) !
That guy said that it was a problem with my powersupply section. So he changed that part...I had mercury power power supply section before and now i have Iball ( I think so)

Again the PC worked absolutely normal for a few days...about a month or so.

And now I am having the same problem....today it took me nearly half an hour to start my pc...kept on pressing that power button again and again.

What I feel is that whenever I allow my PC to cool down, it gives me that problem. Coz I never have this problem in day time when i keep switching on and off my PC and only in the morning time when it gets enough time to cool down.

Also the temprature here at my place is very much moderate.

Any suggestions ??

This may sound weird, but are you sure that your power button isn't malfunctioning?

Do the same symptoms happen if you use an external power switch, like a power bar, to turn your PC on and off.

nopes nothing is wrong with the power button !

I am sure that this problem arises only when I allow my computer co cool down !
That only happens when I don't switch it on for atleast 8 to 9 hours !

Regards
