Hey Jake,

Gives us a few more details.

Does it have the ethernet card it came with or did you add something else??

How old is this laptop and/or ethernet card?

Lyte

Its the card that came with the lap top and I think it's 2 years old. I updated the drivers but that didn't work.

As McDaddy said, how are you connecting to the internet, we really need some more info. Also scanning for viruses is a very wise suggestion, it is very easy to get viruses these days.

It's probably your drivers are old or you need a new card.

Sorry for not giving more info but I was in a rush last time. We up dated the drivers and that didn't do anything. Then we swapped out the ethernet card and that did the trick.

Thanks guys Ill give more info next time.
