Backup software

I need to start backing up my data. I'm not sure which software to use. Can anyone could recomend any. I'm using XP pro. I want to back up to an IDE hard drive.

I would just use WINXP's backup software, here is a tutorial on how to install and use it:

I just back up all of my files without any software. This way you know exactly what your backing up and leave the cludder behind. Just be sure to check everything this way.

lol. I find their backup utility is horrible like a lot of their tools.
