Can't see images on sites

I hope someone can help me with this. All of a sudden I can't see all images on websites. Everything was was fine until a week ago and now some pages I only see some images and the others are those red x boxes. I'm using Windows and IE like always.

Hey Ash,

OMG, I had this problem with my old computer! I never figured out what the heck it was before the computer died. When I put up the new Dell though the problem was gone! :p LOL

That's not exactly helpful but it did tell me that the problem was with my computer and it wasn't people's sites.

I would try updating or re-installing Internet explorer. Sounds like there might be some corupt files there. Another thing you might want to try is goinf into the IE settings and deleting your Temporary internet files. It is doubtful, but the corruption could be there.

Not sure what the deal is. I recommend getting Firefox. Works great and the GUI is practically the same.

You may rebuild your operating system and download newest browser again.
I think the problem would be resolved.Good luck!

Maybe you need to see the InternetExplorer Settings. There is an option to block out the images. Also, someone else might have installed some sort of filter softtware as POP-UP-COP.
I suggest you go for Firefox or Opera. IE Sucks man !! get rid of it.

Well, most likely (old a$$ topic) the issue has nothing to do with IE or your OS.
Its your security settings on your firewall.
