Personally I don't think that it would be feasible for Google to bring out an operating system, it is really hard for any business, regardless how big they are to break into a new market. Especially when the competition is microsoft.

Personally I think that it would be a really good idea, because I know many people that really like google as a company and I know that many people for some reason hate microsoft, maybe because they are bullying the smaller companies. It would be great to see Google try and break into Microsoft's Market!

I'd like to see Google come out with an OS.. tho they'd have a hard time making any headway in the market unless they were really innovative.

Agreed! I'd like to see someone break the monopoly that Microsoft has but the new O.S would really have to be outta this world!

The average person is so resistant to change I'm not sure Microsoft's grip will ever be broken.. if so, Apple is most likely the one to do it.. most people aren't even aware they have a choice of OS.

The new Google OS wont be a big success if it goes the way it is being predicted. It will be a distributed OS in which you will own a terminal and the main OS will be on the Google server. I dont think we all have enough bandwidth for it.
