How to disable right-click function of the mouse?

I just want to ask everyone who has a very high and undefeatable knowledge about computer hardware on how to disable the right-click function on the mouse.....

Do you want to disable the right-click in one specific application, or in all applications?

Do you want to disable the right-click on your own machine, or on the machine of a visitor browsing your web site?

Why would you want to disable right-clicking?

You could probably find some utility on download.com that would allow this.

I do not think disabling right clicking is very useful, but there are programs out there.
