Refresh rates
How do i make the computer keep a certain refresh rate?
Often when I play a game I come back to Windows and its gone from 80hz down to 60hz!

How can i stop this happening?

It sounds like the game is setting the refresh rate before you can play it and it's not resetting the refresh rate back after the game is done. Is this a 3d game?
