Runtime Error Message

I'm new to the forum, hope this is the right place for this post. When I reboot, sometimes I get the following error message.

Microsoft Visual C++ Run Time Library.
Runtime Error
Program C:\Progra~1\Roadru~1\Roadru~1\data\xtras\mssysmgr. exe.
Abnormal program termination

I am using Roadrunner as my ISP.

What does the message mean and how can I correct the problem?

mssysmgr.exe is part of Road Runner PhotoShow Media Manager.

If you are not using Road Runner PhotoShow Media Manager, you can uninstall it to remove this error message.

If you are using Road Runner PhotoShow Media Manager, you might uninstall the current version and reinstall the lastest version from Road Runner.
