Rep Power: 0 | [SOLVED] Firefox problems Okay, this is a strange issue. Firstly, I just updated to firefox 2.0, and low and behold, some of the links turn black with a black background. Not realy a big deal I guess, but it's annoying. I went into options and made sure that the box was checked that says to allow websites to choose the colors of the text and the links on a page. I included an expample of this in the attachment. Any help here would be great.
Okay, now the BIG annoyance. Sometimes while in form entry mode, like I am right now entering this message, when I hit the apostrophe(') or the backslash(/), some strange search box appears at the bottome of the browser window, and I am completely unable to use correct punctuation. Please help me fix this. |

Rep Power: 6 | Hey Jumpen,
Ya got me there! I don't use FF nearly as much as Fire or Doc. I'm sure they'll be around to lend a hand.

Rep Power: 3 | I'm still one FF 1.xx Haven't upgraded to 2.0 yet. Look in the FF discussion boards, and I am sure someone else has had this bug. GL.

Rep Power: 3 | Hey jumpenjuhosaphat,
I would recommend that you "delete" the entire FF program & re-installing the program...like crafterz suggested !!

Please help me fix this. | The ' or / is a shortcut to quickly find text in a document. However, they are disabled for me when I'm in a text field (a.k.a now) - so It shouldn't come up.
Maybe file a bug at the bugzilla. |

Rep Power: 2 | did you re-install yet, do that before anything, it may just have been a faulty install, or maybe some setting got messed up, re-installing could fix it.

Rep Power: 0 | like crafterz said the best thing to do would be to unistall and then reistall. but if that still persists try searching on google for your problem. or in message boards. almost never do you come across a problem that only you have, computer wise |
