No, Microsoft hasn't come up with SP1 yet but that doesn't mean there aren't some things in dire need of address! Below are some fixes you can do yourself to make Vista more user friendly.
Always remember to create a
Restore Point before making such changes. In case something goes wrong, you can undo your changes.
