Hi sb225 and iqbal,
64 mb of ram might be a little on the low side. I would definitely get 256 at the least but for speeds sake get a 512 stick to replace it. You will like XP a little more I believe but some don't.

I use XP Pro

256 MD RAM

Its pretty fast but vulnerable towards viruses.

Is anyone else using Knoppix? For those of you who don't know (and probably don't care) Knoppix is a "live CD" distribution of linux, based off Debian linux. You can simply put a CD in your computer, boot off the CD, and you'll be running linux. When you want to go back to Windows (or whatever OS is on the computer), simply take the CD out and reboot.

Anyway, I'm running Knoppix on this computer. It's pretty slick.

go a cd right beside me of knoppix. Tried it a while back and it is pretty slick. Just too small for me. It is for comps with lower memory and small processors. For it's size it is an awesome OS though!
