Rep Power: 0 | Best P2P file sharing program? What do you think about P2P software?
According to me that is the best way to download files like songs or software, and it is easy to use.
I use warez p2p.
What are your opinions about this type of software?
Please let me know about them. |

Rep Power: 3 | Haven't used eMule but I really like Azureus. Although it is slow sometimes, I prefer bittorrent because the bt group of P2P'ers seem to provide better quality files. Limewire and other similar networks/programs always seems to give me a virus. |

Rep Power: 3 | P2P The only one I've found that I like is Ares. You have to be careful about downloading any P2P program that it doesn't also download some spyware with it. In other words, when you download a program, ONLY choose the program option and don't check the other options along with it. Good luck! |

Rep Power: 3 | I use "p2p" software called shareazza for my media downloads. I haven't had many problems with it. Other than files named differently than what they actually were, for example I downloaded a Primus music video and it turned out to be some porn that my computer wouldn't play (thank God), but I wasted all that download time on a file I didn't want. So, on the whole, p2p isn't bad, it's great! A wonderful way to get the media you desire for free. |

Rep Power: 3 | I've seen it operating and I wasn't impressed. There are other methods that will allow you to download media files, and it's much easier than using this software. How many of you actually are impressed by it? |

Sounds kinda like it was coded by some poserish hacker type, so I don't want to download it (just got rid of some viruses today). When I look for a p2p client, first is what type of people contribute to the network, second is quality of connection (click and don't worry about it until it's done), and third is interface. |

The weird thing is that the download was a torrent. Not sure how I got caught. However, I just download music now. |

Rep Power: 0 | I prefer Limewire or WinMX over some other p2p programs. But as you will see, most of them can contain viruses or just crap thats uneeded. Just depends on what you want to download and who you download from.

Rep Power: 3 | I use bittorrent mostly; I don't like the p2p programs out there like limewire or kazaa, they can contain spyware and/or viruses. Also, be wary of what you download with such programs. Some of them can contain "fake" applications which are actually viruses/trojans; always virus scan first. |

You can see what I got at: http://photobucket.com/albums/e22/deadhobo/ISPDocs/
I am getting the feeling that these were automatically generated. The timestamp on the mail I got from NBC is 6 minutes after they claim I downloaded the file... probably a bot/honeypot to scare BT users.
Unfortionateley, it worked on me and I will not be able to download with BT for some time |

Rep Power: 0 | I usually use torrents to download anything. If I just want a single song I might use Limewire or get on WinMX and see if a friend has it, but mostly use torrents. |
