Windows XP - Encryptación

Dear Will and all,

Will Spencer, teacht me my this subjetc in this link: http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/~d97jorn/pgp/download.html but:
i) I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 & Eudora 7.0.1 Paid Mode,
ii) The link only indicate -excellent [step by step] how to install the PGP but in Windows 2000 and the link where explain how to do in Windows XP, ... well I can do it.
iii) I download -in www.mininova.org, some PGP sofware but -another problem, the ítem PGP does not appear in my Sofware.
iv) I try use SMINE in the Eudora, but I need a SSL Certicate, and I do not have money to pay one.
