Excel files become readonly
Hi, when I copied excel files from windows SBS to Server 2003, the excel files becomes read-only.

The folder which the excel files has property of read-only marked but grayed-out. I tried to uncheck it. But after refreshing, the folder becomes read-only again.

Tried to save the excel files as other file names in windows SBS and later move over to the Server 2003. But same things happen. Any idea? Is it anything to do with the policy of server 2003?
