fake mails

my friend dared me to send a fake mail, and i thought i knew how to do it because i had read about a method using telnet. But when i tried it out, it didnt seem to work.... is there any other way i can do this?

Well Brother...Its really very easy . I cant tell you properly because Now i have no mailing client installed in my pc [not even outlook express!]..

All you need to do is just setup a acc in outlook express in which you will give your display email id and name whatever you want though I need to give you real address in other mandatory required field [sorry coz It may b sumthing not clear but i have no way ].

First check this by sending mail to your own mail acc.

Btw which mail server s are protected by Verisign security will not apporve usch mails but most of cases It will work

The method to send fake mail as described at How do I send fake mail? does work. 8)

Is there any reason why you would want to fake a mail? It seems a bit unscrupulous, and I know a lot of spammers use this tactic.
