Rep Power: 0 | Favourate Program for creating Webpages ! For me it is Dreamweaver .. After a long search and after I used FP2003 I releazed that Dreamweaver is the best ..
Features I see in Dreamweaver :
It supports PHP and MySQL.
Have a good amount of PHP+MySQL scripts.
It supports most of commonly used languages.
Darksides I see in Dreamweaver : (All related to PHP+MySQL)
- Like all other PHP editing Programs .. It needs a server on your Computer to test (not very bad thing).
- Strings in the echo function are not readable for Dreamweaver as HTML code. (If you know a fix say it for me ) |

Rep Power: 3 | dreamweaver has my vote, it is just to far advanced to not vote for it. I don't have a version on my comp though. I use NVU since it is free, it is my second choice

Rep Power: 0 | Delivered to Lyte Lyte, If you can try Dreamweaver or have a look on it .. it will be great ..
I am saying this espicially for you because I was just like this a few days ago.
I was convinced that this is what I know but Dreamweaver is so easy and does not require any specific knowledge more than some beginners' HTML and any other dynamic Language (PHP, ASP, Java ..etc).. And I think you have it all ! |

Rep Power: 0 | Dreamweaver hands down. I used Frontpage 4years ago but I am a dreamweaver user now. Tried to revert to FP in one occasion and realised how bad it is for me now.

Rep Power: 2 | I use dreamweaver. I used to use frontpage and notepad, but I couldn't get it to look 'exactly' how I wanted it to. The design aspect of dreamweaver makes it much better in my opinion. |

Rep Power: 0 | I do use dreamweaver, as I am not professional web designer or I don't know even HTML & css well. I love dreamweaver, because it has wysivyg editor, which helps a lot, when you are developing a website. I also do love it, because it's easy to use and it has a lot of shortcuts. It helps my life very much. I just can buy some design from some company and edit it with dw, as I like. No need for coding or headaches. |

Rep Power: 2 | I can do a bit of coding, but I never know exaclty what the final outcome will be. That is why the wysiwyg editor of dreamweaver is great. You can pretty much do anything that you need to do, and in a shorter amount of time. |

It is expensive but worth every dime if you want to do web design, coding, etc... |

Rep Power: 0 | I use both Notepad and Dreamweaver. It's interface is fairly easy to use and it's sufficient enough for all my coding. Dreamweaver helps me develop my webpages easily and I wouldn't do any coding without it. |
