Good data recovery software
I had a recent harddisk crash. I want a good data recovery software, even if its a trial version

I have some important files that I would like to recover.

Could someone please post some links?

Has some good links from PCWorld magazine and they are all free. Good luck with the data recovery, it can be a pain.

Most of those free ones wont do the job though unfortunately.
There is a reason why companies charge a fortune for this service, its because they have developed software that works well.
It might be the only way you can recover it - by paying someone.

I had a lot of Harddisk recovery issues.. The following company's products are life saver... Once I helped my accountant on her almost dead HD...
I connect the bad hard hard drive as a slave to a working hd... and run a recovery software..I saved a lot of data............

I have some great luck with Stellar Phoenix FAT & NTFS - data recovery software. Why don't you try this utility, it will help you in recovering your data.
Demo version is available at http://www.stellarinfo.com/partition-recovery.htm Through demo version you will be able to see the recovered data, if you find the recovered data over their then to save the recovered data get the full version.

I had used the Data Recovery Wizard to recover my lost files. I fonnd it is indeed an easy-use tool. I accidently saw its site: www.easeus.com
I downloaded a demo version to have a try.To my surprise, I found all files I deleted at short notice. So I bought the full version at once. It's really good data recovery software! Recommand!
