How To Configure Flashget for an Ftp With Pasv Mod
Some of you are having trouble called PASV Mode.. Most of time they are perfer PASV Mode OFF is better way to do with Firewall or connections problems.. IF you are using like Hardware Router (Gateway) you don't need all extra feature. but best way to uncheck PASV Mode or Disable Pasv Mode.
FlashGet Configurations
For FlashGet 1.4 to 1.6 Full Version.
1.) Open you Flashget program, click Tools
2.) go down to Options
3.) Go to PROXY tab
4.) Click Edit as Direct Connection and Uncheck PASV Mode..
5.) Click OK or Apply..
One another thing, IF you are using Zonealarm, be sure you are "ALLOW" incoming and outgoing Flashget.exe this will help better performace.. |
