Rep Power: 3 | Software for Playing Music What does everybody use to play music? I'm using Winamp, but some people still use Windows Media Player. Winamp has a nice streaming feature to stream from some radio stations that broadcast on the internet. There are also some other freeware music players out there that I used to know, but I totally forgot about them. |

Rep Power: 3 | Winamp looks good and performs well, so I haven't really looked around. Definitely Winamp for me. |

Rep Power: 4 | I like Winamp because its very fast and is fully customizable.
I love putting custom skins on
Also you can adjust the equalizer which does actually make a difference to the sound quality!

Rep Power: 3 | Playing music I use Media Player to play music. I also have RealPlayer, but I rarely use that for my audio.
Media Player just seems to have greater functionality, fewer errors and more options, and you can burn CDs from within Media Player, so it gets my vote. |

Rep Power: 3 | I use both Winamp and Windows Media Player. Most Media files play on Winamp, but for those that don't, I use Windows Media Player. I've used Rea1 before but it wasn't as good and had to much lag and commercial ads. |

Rep Power: 3 | I really like Winamp's collapsed mode, it's the best player interface. When people see me using my computer they wonder what program it is because it looks so sweet on the top of my monitor. Works perfectly too. |

Rep Power: 3 | I use Winamp for playing music, it can easily handle many different formats. For some videos, especially streaming ones off the web, I use Windows Media Player. |

Rep Power: 0 | I use Windows Media Player for most of my music needs. I sometimes use Winamp for certain formats that WMP doesn't handle. |

Rep Power: 3 | I find that Winamp sometimes has trouble playing streaming videos, so I usually set my default player to Windows Media Player so that it will play the video properly. |

Rep Power: 3 | well i recently got a new mp3 and i found out i had to use a program called sonic to use it. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SONY MP3 AND AREN'T FORCED TO USE IT DO NOT USE IT. It is the worse music listening program. Sure it looks sleek but without being able to rate songs, and with a much more complicated design then itunes, it is horrible. The only good thing about it is that it's rather simple to put it onto our mp 3 ... except for the groups thing.

Rep Power: 3 | Nope, I do not have a Sony MP3, I probably would not want to use it anyway since I am comfortable with WMP and winamp. |
