What is wrong w/ my comp.?

1. I tried to make a partition (drive E, NTFS) using partition magic 8.0. But after it was completed the computer start to reboot continuously. I changed the system to FAT32 then it ran normally. What is wrong with NTFS? My drive c is NTFS, so why my drive e has to be FAT32? (ps. drive d is dvd rom)

2. I tried to install game "Age of Empires III" but my comp. showed an error message and then closed the game.

My comp is
Lenovo N100 notebook
128 MB VGA
and 512 RAM
14.1 WXGA
Direct X 9.0c
Intel duo core

what is wrong?

There is not enough data yet to make a good call as to what the problem could be.

Switching a file system to NTFS should not cause your computer to lock up.

I almost hate to say this, but I would try it again. Perhaps Partition Magic screwed something up. You can also use the tools built into Windows to convert FAT32 to NTFS.

What did the error message say?

Does your Lenovo meet the minimum system requirements for Age of Empire III?
  • Microsoft® Windows® XP
  • PC with 1.4 GHz equivalent or higher processor
  • 256 MB of system RAM
  • 2 GB available hard disk space
  • 32x speed or faster CD-ROM drive
  • 64 MB video card with support for hardware transformation and lighting required
  • Sound card, speakers or headphones required for audio
  • Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
  • 56.6 Kbps or better modem for online play

That always happens. It's the system trying to make a record of what happened, to be utilized by the Microsoft developers in determining the cause and solution.
