It's not on the list, but another great browser choice is SlimBrowser.
SlimBrowser uses the IE rendering engine, so it doesn't have the compatability issues that Firefox and Opera have. It works on every web site that IE works on.
But... SlimBrowser also has tabbed browsing and it is much smaller and faster than IE.
Firefox doesn't have compatability issues, the problem is idiot webmasters that don't know how to code properly and to the w3c standard

I wish that I could select 2 choices, because it really depends on what I'm doint. I like FF because it's very extendable, and sooo much better than IE, not to mention, it's a whole site more secure. I also like Opera for day to day browsing, it is a smooth and comfortable feeling browser, plus it conforms to W3C standards quite nicely.
I'm a huge Mozilla Firefox fan. It's just really easy to use. I got used to tabbing so quickly. I still use IE from time to time, however. That's not so bad either.

I mostly use FF 2.0, Sea Monkey 1.0.5, and Opera 9. I only use IE7 to update my daughter's XP Pro box:-) If I had to choose one browser I guess Fire Fox 2.0 would be it.

I was a big firefox fan, but since 2.0 it has really been unstable on my machine, and have reverted back to using IE 7, so far I am really happy with the browser. The only thing I don't like about it is if you install it on a server it seems to cause issues with security acrross the network.
Internet Explorer. Always.
Even though a lot of people say its not as good, it does everything I need it to do. And because it is the most popular, the majority of web pages are designed particularly for it.
