Welcome Frag,

I think it depends on how they have them blocked. I'm sure it's at the entry/gateway/server level and (I don't think) there's away around that. Meaning, whatever they have blocked is blocked well before it gets to you.

Now why would you want to bypass your schools blocks?? Wait, don't answer that! lol  I wouldn't recommend trying to get 'round their block. If it's not there to protect you it's there to protect them.

There is a way of getting round this sort of blocker, someone I know showed me a website a while ago where you could type in the address of a website that had been blocked on a network. I seriously can't remember the name, I think that he searched for stupid censorship on google and got it from the results, so be my guest to try and find it.

I agree with lyte though, they find you trying to get round the block they aren't going to take witnesses.
