How to recognize a keylogger

I am having troubles with my messanger, whenever i type in a message, it takes ages for it to type in the screen and usually it stay hung even though i am finshed with typing till the whole message shows on the screen. Do you think it is a keylogger?

I doubt it. Either you have some spyware on your comp, a slow connection, or a virus. A keylogger would probly do more noticable damage.

I had an automatic screen shooter once before, and every 2 seconds, the screen clicked, and lagged. That's probably how it takes pictures of your desktop. I'm not sure

Well my computer works just fine at normal speeds but the net is slowed down and i have tried another PC and the net just worked fine there.
