Identify Bad Files From Good Ones!
Did it ever occur to you, to delete files that you think garbage or some .exe files of viruses, but then, it is a part of the entire Operating System? Well, that won't happen again...

You have to identify them before it's too late, try using whatisthatfile.com...

Or you could copy the file name & use "Google". I have done this many times !!
