Rep Power: 3 | ILSVCORE.EXE is that a malicious file? Sometimes a bunch of ads from IE form and when there's like 5 it says ILSVCORE.exe. Also when shutting down it says ILSVCORE is unable to execute because Windows is shutting down. Same wiht IPPGHELP. Anyone know anything about this?

Rep Power: 5 | I don't know either of those and either does Google.
Can you open up a command shell and execute these commands:
C:\>DIR /S ILSVCORE.EXE
C:\>DIR /S IPPGHELP.*
What do these commands tell you? |

Rep Power: 5 | " Path not found" makes me worry that perhaps some sort of syntax error occured.
If ILVSCORE.EXE is not on your system, then you should see " File not found": Code: C:\>dir /s/p ilsvcore.exe
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is 1234-5678
File Not Found
C:\> |

Rep Power: 3 | ILSVCORE.EXE and Flammizer Well I usually see things that say: C++ Error, or something like that and it mentions flammizer.... and ilsvcore. Since I think Ilsvcore is malicious but i can't see if it is, I wanna know about flammizer.

Rep Power: 5 | This is a very odd issue, because "ilvscore" and "flammizer" do not appear anywhere on the Internet, outside of your posts.
It is as if there is an application -- that only you run -- that is causing this issue. |

Rep Power: 0 | Unusual, as most malicious programs are quickly documented by all leading Anti Virus companies. Even those that have randomly generated filenames are often listed in detail, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what those applications do or where they came from.
Usually, even small applications or amateur viruses are well documented on the web, so it is unlikely that this is the source of the mystery files.
Do you work in any kind of software development environment? The odd nature of the executables and lack of an explanation would seem to suggest something custom built, though not something you would expect to come across.
More information such as filesize and creation dates would be useful, but to my understanding it is coming back with file not found? |

Rep Power: 5 | I would be tempted to download and install several of the free anti-virus software packages and see what they found on the computer. |

Rep Power: 3 | alright thanks. WOAH. When i was posting this:
A window popped up saying Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\FLAMIZER\ILSVCORE.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Rep Power: 5 | I would be tempted to rename the C:\PROGRAM FILES\FLAMIZER directory and see what breaks.
Does anything remotely like "FLAMIZER" show up in your Add/Remove Programs menu? |

Rep Power: 0 | A phantom file, probably one of the most frustrating problems I've come across in my time.
It sounds fishy to me, and whilst I cannot see what exactly this application is doing, I would be surprised if no anti virus or spyware removal tool found something.
Are there any keys relating to the files located in the registry? It's a long shot but without being able to find the physical instance of this file, there isn't much to go on. |
