Welcome.

It's much like any other software. You download the free version (if that's what you want) and follow the prompts as they come up. Once it's loaded you can tell it to scan your system for malware.

Kaspersky has a pretty good reputation within the AV community. I think there's an article in this months PCWorld about one of their new products. I'll have to find it and post a link.

I use the Anti-virus now, it's great...it find almost everything. I say almost because nothing is 100 percent.
