These Tool's are for cleaning up your computer relating to these File's and a few not mentioned Temp Folders, History, Cookies, Etc...
There are a few good Cleaners to have besides just deleting them thru your Browser Controls or Folder's.
I would suggest to clean your files on a regular basis as they may sometimes have infections or Personal information in them.

ATF-Cleaner is a good temp file cleaner that can do the job safely and without removing files that are crucial to windows.
This ATF program is for XP and Windows 2000 only

Tutorial:
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browser
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
This will remove all files from the items that are checked so if you have some cookies you'd like to save, please move them to a different directory first.

Tutorial for CCLeaner MRU-Blaster is a program made to do one large task - detect and clean MRU (most recently used) lists on your computer.
These MRU lists contain information such as the names and/or locations of the last files you have accessed. They are located ALL OVER your registry, and for almost ANY file type. By looking at these MRU lists, someone could determine what files you opened/saved/looked at, what their file names were, and much more! (And, in many cases, the lists are displayed in drop-down menus automatically.)
With additional plug-ins that allow you to clean out your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, MRU-Blaster enhances the protection of your privacy!

Tutorial:
Open MRU and select Scan wait for it to complete then select Clean now. Then select Setting's and Checkmark the one's you want to clean. While still in Setting's select Plugin's, Cookie Blaster then select Save Setting's + Run Now, next select IE Temporary Internet File Cleaner then select Save Setting's + Run Now.
