I am running Win'Xp on my pc...and along with me two of my colleagues too know the admin password of my pc...and they need to know for some administrative tasks...What I want is to lock the administrator account for remote users so that when they want to access my pc, it would allow only guest access..but not administrator access. If I understand what you're asking... I've never tried to access my Admin account remotely but I'm thinking if it's password protected, it's password protected! They maybe able to see your account when they arrive at your computer, but it should still prompt them for the password.

How to set it up so that remote users ONLY see a guest account.... that I don't know. But I do know you have turn the guest account ON for it to be available.

Add new guest name (User) on you computer. The add this new name as Remote user. Otherwise you create another user with Power User permission. Then let them login using this username. They cannot view all Administartor task and also cannot install / uninstall anything with Power User Permission.
