Windows XP firewall vs. Zone Alarm

Hey everybody! i have always been curious about this , how safe is the standard Windows XP firewall ? is it worth going with complex solutions like Zone Alarm to keep the minimum security for a home user ?

I just flipped with switch on my Windows XP firewall so I'd be curious 'bout this too.

In my opinion, Windows XP firewall is enough for a regular home user, which stays out of suspicious sites and connections. Zone Alarm is a great tool if you want a high level of security. To be 100% secured, you should use both XP firewall and Zone Alarm. Or, you could use Linux instead of Win XP and configure your own firewall
