Does WinMX contain spyware or is it spyware free?

According to Frontcode, the manufacturers of WinMX, "When you download WinMX, you're getting WinMX and only WinMX, no bundled spyware, no ads, no B.S."

And they appear the be telling the truth.

With Frontcode now gone, I would recommend you look at other P2P clients and networks, such as the eMule client for the eDonkey network.
