G-Play and
GameBurnWorld both claim to have some working No CD patches for Diablo.
However, there is an easier alternative to using these No CD Patches.
That alternative is to create a virtual CD drive and copy your original CD to that virtual drive. You will never have to put your physical CD into the drive again, because your "virtual" CD will always be in the drive.
