FIFA 2006 or PES 5?

FIFA is the traditional soccer simulator but it has now a rival: Pro Evolution Soccer 5. Personally, I think FIFA 2006 is better than PES 5 but I want to know your opinion on this. My principal argument is that FIFA has a fully real database, while PES 5 still has problems with licenses. Graphics, gameplay, sounds - very hard to say which one is the best.
