I've had my box for over 2 years now and I still like playing it, which is always a good thing
I love Forza Motorsport at the moment, excellent racing game.

Rep Power: 3 | Yes I love my xbox.
Currently I am still playing Halo 2 - I finished the single player game but I have been playing online. It is quite addictive.
If anyone else plays online drop me a line and we will hook up |

Rep Power: 3 | Wow! An XBOX costs $1,000! What about other playstations are there any cheaper ones? These days computers and components are getting cheaper; why not these XBOX's and stuff? |

Rep Power: 5 | Microsoft sold the original XBOX's at a price below their manufacturing cost, in an attempt to gain market share.
I prefer to play games on my PC's.
The specs for the Sony PlayStation 3 look pretty awesome though. If Sony can get it to market quickly enough, it should beat the XBOX 360 pretty easily. |

Rep Power: 3 | I used to have a Sony Playstation 2, used to play for a long long time but later became too busy to play with it. I doubt if it's still working. |

Rep Power: 3 | Yeah the PC games are usually the same as the consoles, just better graphics.
They overall game is the same, sometimes it's just the controls/graphics which change. |

Rep Power: 5 | The controls are one of the reasons why I prefer to play games on the PC.
I like to have a real keyboard for RPG's (Role Playing Games), instead of just a little controller.
Besides, I already paid for my PC. No sense in paying for both!
Except that my wife bought an XBOX and a PS2. I have no idea why. |

Rep Power: 3 | LOL so your wife likes games?
I like console's better for racing games, sports games and first person shooters.
If Im playing any other game like RPG I prefer the PC as you need more than just a few button controls. |

I sold one on eBay and still have one. I only sold mine for $710, but that's still a good $310 profit. The ones that were going for over $1,000 were mostly sold on launch day. If I had put mine up a day before it came out so it sold on launch morning I could have sold it for over $2,000. I was watching in disbelief the morning of launch as they consistently sold for this much on eBay. |

Rep Power: 3 | I really like Xbox because the Playstation seems to be the bandwagon system. People say Xbox has no games besides Halo, but they haven't played Ghost Recon, Forza Motorsport, or Fable. |

The XBOX did not debut until November 15, 2001.
Who is the bandwagon system? |

Rep Power: 3 | But new PS2 sales still beat out the Xbox sales even after its release date. I'd say the only game that would have made me buy a PS2 6 months ago would be Final Fantasy, definitely not the hardware. So why did it sell besides bandwagon popularity? |

Rep Power: 3 | Well we all know MS likes to copy
Still I prefer Xbox though, the only thing the PS has over it is Gran Turismo.
Its well know the original xbox has better graphics than the PS2, but that could change with the PS3. |

But I think the Xbox 360 will still have much better online capabilities, which I think will eventually win many people over if they Microsoft can come out with enough killer online games. |

Rep Power: 3 | Xbox is known for its online game play, the 360 will be no different
PS just dont have that Live network that the xbox has, I think thats what will push xbox 360 sales ahead of the PS3 next year. |

You usually get better controls and more functionality. |

Rep Power: 0 | I don't really like xbox, lack of games in the genres I like. Not really many RPG's and many of the FPS games are same old. |
