Can someone please help me? I'm goin nuts

Ok whenever I click on a link thats not in IE (like in messenger or any program thats not IE) 2 windows pop up, one says http://127.0.0.1/ and the other just http in the address bar. This just started recently and I don't know why it started or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanx =)

You you installed any anti-virus software?

It looks like something screwed up your proxy configuration. I would delete any proxy configuration that you have and start over.

The most common cause of these screwups is anti-virus software.
