Certificate problem in Browser

Now a days I am having a very disturbing problem. Whenever , I open Mozilla FireFox and entered a site address and press enter , after a few seconds the msg below appears :

Code:
"www.xxxx.com" is a site that uses a security certificate to encrypt data during data transmission, but its certificate will not be valid until 1/31/2006 9:14 AM

You should check out to make sure that your computer's time (currently set to thursday,October 14, 2004 11:22:34 AM) is correct.

Would you like to continue anyway?
well , xxxx is arbitary site name . Its been replaced by the site name I want to browse.

Below this msg , 3 buttons appears 1.View Certificate 2. Continue 3. Cancel

well , 1st one is nothing to do with me ! I saw the certificate but cant understand the fault !

Second button is the button I have to press in order to browse. And If I press 3rd button , I wont able to browse.

Same sort certificate related problem also appears in IE too , though the language is different and I have read that IE msg totally so far as I use IE very few.

Now , tell me whats the problem and how-to solve it ?

Thanx in Advance.

Regards

Why does your computer think it's 2004?

Set the time on your computer and see if that clears up the problem.
